Forty two-man teams move across rolling pine, significant elevation change, cross-valley wind, and shifting mirage. The problems are built for the terrain—not flattened to fit a bay.

Equipment specifications
Know the limits.
Any centerfire cartridge, maximum .30 caliber (.308-inch bullet diameter), maximum .300 Win Mag case capacity, and maximum 3,200 fps muzzle velocity. The Match Director may verify velocity by chronograph.
.223/5.56 AR-15 platform. Optics are limited to 10× magnification. Variable optics must remain at or below 10× for every engagement and may be checked during inspection or on-stage.
Both competitors must carry a holstered pistol with active retention. No exceptions.
Prohibited ammunition: armor-piercing, steel-core, penetrator, incendiary, and tracer rounds.

Rules, safety & conduct SOP
Integrity is not negotiable.
Every competitor, Range Officer, staff member, vendor, sponsor, and person on the property is held to the same safety and integrity standard.
Report it. Directly.
Observed infractions, corner-cutting, or suspected cheating must be reported immediately to a stage Range Officer or the Match Director. Violations result in immediate extraction from the event.
Unloaded until commanded.
Rifles remain completely unloaded everywhere on the property except under the direct command of a Range Officer on a live stage. Any Range Officer may call an immediate safety stop, for any reason.
No refund. No appeal.

Twelve hours clear.
Zero alcohol within 12 hours of your start time or during an active firing day. Eye and ear protection are mandatory for everyone forward of the safety line.
Rain or shine.
No weather refunds. Firing stops at the published time; teams that fall behind may not finish their stage. Each team owns its pace and its clock.

Refund & substitution policy
Roster substitutions require written Match Director approval and a $50 administrative fee. Full refunds, less a $50 processing fee, are available through September 30. Refunds are 50% from October 1–31. No refunds or new entries are accepted after the October 31 roster lock.
