The Tactical Sniper Series DMR match at Colemans Creek is a dynamic precision rifle competition designed to test the skills of designated marksman shooters in a practical, fast-paced environment. Competitors will engage a variety of steel and paper targets from multiple positions and distances, focusing on accuracy, speed, and efficient rifle handling under time pressure. This match is ideal for shooters looking to challenge their marksmanship, apply real-world shooting fundamentals, and enjoy a competitive yet welcoming atmosphere at one of the region’s premier training facilities.

Welcome to Colemans Creek Training Center! The March 14, 2026, Atlantic Coast Regional Series PRS match will consist of ten 105 sec stages, with up to 100 shooters.

Check in will be 7:00AM at the club house, range brief at 7:30AM, and shooter will move out to their stages at 7:45AM.

Round count for this match is 100 rounds (a few extra is suggested. Stages will incorporate prone, modified prone, and positional shooting. Targets will range between 300-1200 yards. Range 1 (zero range) will be open at sunrise and will remain open all day for shooters to check zero.Colemans Creek Training Center will provide water at stages.

Bring:
1) A one MOA rifle with a reliably tracking scope. (Max caliber is .300 Win Mag, max MV is 3,200fps. Absolutely no steel core or AP rounds.

2) Any and all equipment you choose to assist you in engaging targets accurately. There are no equipment restrictions.

3) Spotting scopes, rangefinders, etc. as you feel you may need for a team match.

4) Clothing as required for the expected temperature/weather, and any sunscreen/bug spray/other amenities as you see fit. You will be outside in the weather, rain or shine.5) Hearing protection – it is required. Eye protection is at the shooter’s discretion.There are no refunds, however a shooter may sell and/or transfer a slot between himself/herself to another shooter/team if unable to attend.

Competitors will navigate 8 - 10 stages, combining pistol and gas gun engagements, with targets ranging from 25 to 800 yards. Each stage demands precision and adaptability, with shooting positions including prone, offhand, and positional. This unlimited round-count event follows a HIT-TO-MOVE and TIME PLUS format, challenging participants to perform under pressure. Divisions will compete for trophies, with camping, cold water, and lunch provided to ensure an unforgettable experience. Registration opens 30 days prior to the match

Located in the scenic woodlands of Ellerbe, NC, our premier training facility offers unmatched opportunities to test your skills across a diverse and dynamic landscape. Shooters will engage targets from 150 to 950 yards, navigating varied environments designed to replicate real-world hunting scenarios. Tripods are strongly recommended for this event.

Competitors will navigate 8 - 10 stages, combining pistol and gas gun engagements, with targets ranging from 25 to 800 yards. Each stage demands precision and adaptability, with shooting positions including prone, offhand, and positional. This unlimited round-count event follows a HIT-TO-MOVE and TIME PLUS format, challenging participants to perform under pressure. Divisions will compete for trophies, with camping, cold water, and lunch provided to ensure an unforgettable experience. Registration opens 30 days prior to the match

Divisions: shooters must declare their division during registration--Pro or Amateur.

Pro--18 inch target (5 rounds) at 1 mile with 3 minute par time. SIG SAUER will be the primary sponsor for this stage, additional sponsors include Accu-tac bipods, Mile High Shooting, Bushnell, Hornady, Long Shot Precision, Manners Stocks, Staccato, etc.

Amateur--KYL rack 10 in (1 point), 8 in (2 points), 6 in (3 points), 4 in (4 points), 2 in (6 points) targets at 600 yards (5 rounds) with 3 minute par time. The Elite Outdoors Team Field Match by Elite Outdoors at Coleman’s Creek

This rifle and pistol competition at Coleman’s will test a shooting team’s:

- Ability to find, range, and engage
- Target discrimination/PID
- Mental endurance
- Ability to solve problems on and off the clock

Targets will be as close as 15 yards and as far as 1,300 yards.

Teams will have to ruck stage to stage under time (20:00 min/mile). This is to ensure that teams keep things moving at a constant pace.

Engagements may include:

-Known distance
-Unknown distance
-Team members talking/firing from separate locations
-Alternate firing positions-Movers-Covering fire while moving
-Night firing

2 Gun intro and Prep is for anyone that wants to be a competitive shooter.  The course will consist of kit layout, stage planning, barricades, how to shoot a Texas star, and other tips and tricks to help shooters get into the competitive sport.
