Daniel Posey

Dan Posey is a highly accomplished long range shooting instructor with a wealth of experience in the field. With a distinguished military background, Dan served 14 years in the US Army and 12 years in the special operation community. His deployments to high-stakes environments such as Afghanistan, Iraq, and Somalia have honed his skills and provided him with real-life tactical experience.

During his military career, Dan served as a special forces sniper school instructor for 4 years, sharing his expertise and training the next generation of elite marksmen. This experience has given him a deep understanding of the intricacies and challenges of long range shooting.

Beyond his military service, Dan is an avid competitive shooter and hunter. His passion for precision and accuracy extends beyond the battlefield, as he continuously hones his skills through various shooting competitions and hunting expeditions.

With his extensive experience, comprehensive knowledge, and dedication to the art of long range shooting, Dan is committed to providing top-notch instruction to individuals seeking to improve their marksmanship skills and reach new levels of proficiency.

Matthew Kalisch

Matthew Kalisch served 12 years in the United States Army where 10 of those were as a Special Forces Green Beret. Matthew retired in the fall of 2023 as a Sergeant First Class Specials Forces Weapons Sergeant. He was a special forces static line jump master, freefall jumpmaster, Level II human intel graduate, 3x special forces advanced urban combat course graduate, special forces advanced reconnaissance target analysis and exploitation techniques course grad, senior leadership course, and master trainer course graduate. During his service he completed 4 deployments (2x Afghanistan, 2x Africa). He was master trainer for his team and for the host nation special forces (Afghan Special forces, Nigerian special forces, Chadian special forces).

Matthew is a 2x Tactical games competitor with a 3rd place finish in the Elite division. He also has many wins in all other shooting sports including 3gun,2gun, USPSA, and precision rifle. He is also one of the primary instructors for the Vortex Optics CQB and flat range classes. Matthew is also a certified USCCA instructor.

Jason Hollen

Jason's journey began in the elite ranks of the Green Berets, where he honed his skills as a sniper and became a sought-after instructor for marksmanship and close quarters combat. His battle-tested knowledge and real-world experience are the cornerstones of his teaching approach. In addition to his military achievements, Jason is a competitive 3-gun athlete, consistently pushing the boundaries of speed and accuracy. His dedication to excellence extends beyond the range, as he actively supports charitable organizations such as Lantern Rescue, and Memorial 3-Gun. Jason's commitment to making a difference is further demonstrated by his membership in the Counter Human Trafficking Joint Task Force, where he plays a vital role in combating trafficking on a global scale.

Jeff Wlyudyka

Jeff is a 20 year US Army veteran, including 15 years in the Special Forces Regiment and an Instructor for Pillars of Precision. During his time in the Special Forces Regiment Jeff as an Assault Cell Leader, Sniper/Observer Team Leader, Breacher, Operations SGM, Level II Sniper Instructor and Sniper Detachment NCOIC, he is a recipient of the Bronze Star with "V" device for Valor; has Seven Combat Deployments between Iraq and Afghanistan along with multiple trips to other countries, he is a Basic Rifle and Pistol Instructor and Range Safety Officer certified by the NRA; Jeff is a Professional PRS Competitor and has won the PRS Gas Gun Division Season and Season Finale in 2020, he also was 1st in Gas Gun at the Pigg River PRS Competition, the K&M Khales PRS Competition, the Kestrel Fall Classic PRS Event, and the Big Dog Steel Challenge PRS Event in 2020, then in 2021 was 1st in Gas Gun at the Vapor Trail PRS Event, and the Road to Redemption PRS Event. He has Quantified Precision twice, he won the 7th Special Forces Group Shooting Competition once, his team finished second in Forces Commando Competition, his team was Third in Open at the International Sniper Competition and Competed in the USASOC Sniper Competition.
